Overview
Fencing Penalty Cards (“FPC”, “the App”) is developed by 7thChord Projects. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects (none) and how it is used.
Data collection
Fencing Penalty Cards does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Specifically, the App:
- Does not require an account or sign-in
- Does not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information
- Does not track your location
- Does not use analytics or crash-reporting services
- Does not contain advertisements
- Does not share any data with third parties
Local storage
The App operates entirely on your device. Any settings or preferences are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using standard iOS mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Network access
Fencing Penalty Cards requires no internet connection and makes no network requests during normal use. An internet connection is only needed to download the App from the App Store.
Children’s privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Third-party links
The App includes links to other 7thChord fencing apps on the App Store. Tapping these links opens Apple’s App Store, which has its own privacy practices governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. We do not anticipate any changes that would involve collecting personal data.
